As a Principal, you will actively participate in the growth and development of the newly formed Management Consulting practice at Publicis Sapient. Your role will focus on shaping ambitious Digital Business Transformations for our clients and delivering strategic advice in the early stages of the shaping and delivery of these transformations. You will have the opportunity to work in multidisciplinary teams comprising of management consultants, creative and experience strategists, as well as technology engineers.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the entrepreneurial construction of the strategy consulting team: support recruiting process, define ways of working, contribute thought leadership and the development of junior consultants.
- Effectively manage team to produce quality client recommendations.
- Principals are team leaders who are familiar in leading large teams to drive value accretive business strategy and transformation.
