Overview

What will you be doing?

  • Owning the end-to-end delivery of always-on social media programmes for iconic global brands
  • Managing content publishing, community engagement and moderation across multiple platforms
  • Partnering with creative, strategy and client teams to ensure ideas are built for social impact
  • Using cultural insight, trends and performance data to shape content decisions and recommendations
  • Leading community management both on- and off-handle to build meaningful brand relationships
  • Producing clear, insightful reporting that turns metrics into actionable learnings
  • Building trusted, collaborative relationships with clients, agency partners and internal teams
