The Global Biddable Hub Lead is responsible for leading Spark's Global Biddable Hub(s) based in London, delivering Search, Social and Programmatic services across multiple EMEA and global (ex-US) clients and markets. The role is accountable for the successful operation, performance and growth of the hub, leading integrated teams comprising both London-based specialists and offshore Publicis Global Delivery resources. As the senior lead for the hub, this individual will drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, team performance, governance and scalable ways of working across all biddable media activity.
Working closely with clients, local market teams, media partners and Spark leadership, the Global Biddable Hub Lead ensures the hub delivers consistently high-quality campaign execution while supporting agency growth through new business, transitions and capability development.
Responsibilities
- Hub Leadership & Operations: Lead the day-to-day operation of one or more Global Biddable Hubs serving multiple international markets. Create a high-performing operating model across Search, Social and Programmatic. Establish scalable ways of working, service models and governance frameworks. Act as the senior escalation point for operational, client and delivery issues. Drive continuous improvement across processes, efficiency and quality of output.
- People & Resource Management: Lead, develop and inspire multidisciplinary teams across London and offshore delivery centres. Own staffing, workforce planning, utilisation, recruitment and team structure. Build a strong performance-driven culture with clear accountability and development opportunities. Ensure effective integration of onshore and offshore teams.
- Campaign Delivery & Client Excellence: Own delivery quality across all campaigns managed through the hub. Ensure excellence in activation, pacing, optimisation, reporting and performance management. Maintain appropriate quality control processes and operational standards. Own senior client relationships relating to hub performance and service delivery. Drive client satisfaction, retention and growth opportunities.
- Market & Network Collaboration: Partner with local market teams to support planning, execution and performance management. Define clear roles, responsibilities and service levels between hub and market teams. Build strong partnerships across the Spark and Publicis network to ensure seamless delivery.
- Governance & Technology: Establish and maintain standards for campaign setup, taxonomy, measurement and reporting. Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance requirements and agency best practice. Own the biddable technology ecosystem, including platform adoption, operational tooling and process automation. Partner with Product, Platform and Technology teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Commercial Growth: Support new business pitches and client growth opportunities. Lead the operational design and transition of new clients into the hub model. Ensure the hub is structured to scale efficiently as client requirements evolve. Contribute to the financial performance of the hub through effective resource and operational management.

- Proven experience operating multi-market or global biddable media functions.
