As Global Managing Partner, you will set the vision, strategy, and operating model for key pharma accounts. You will be a senior client leader, trusted advisor, and internal connector - ensuring best‑in‑class, compliant, and outcome‑driven media solutions across markets. You will work closely with the specialist functions in the wider pharma media team and with the broader Publicis’ Power of One capabilities to unlock growth, innovation, and impact. Driving organic growth and developing new business will be a focus. The Global Managing Partner will report to the EVP, Head of International Pharma and sit on the leadership team within the Publicis Health Media International Team.

You are a senior, credible media leader with experience operating at global and executive level. This role will call on your ability to:

- Be comfortable leading in matrixed, global, and highly regulated environments

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience leading global media accounts for large, complex clients
- Strong background in media strategy, performance marketing, and analytics across digital and offline channels
- Deep understanding of platforms such as programmatic, paid social, search, and emerging media
- HCP media platform knowledge a bonus
- Strong commercial, operational, and financial leadership experience
- Healthcare or pharma experience strongly preferred (or equivalent regulated‑industry expertise)
