We’re looking for a Client Growth Managing Partner to join our London team. Your mission will be to create win/win outcomes by introducing complex products, highly differentiated solutions into Epsilon and Publicis Groupe existing portfolio of clients. This is a senior commercial and strategic leader responsible for scaling adoption, revenue, and client value from the Groupe’s privacy‑first data collaboration platform. This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, data strategy, and advanced Connected Media Technology, with accountability for embedding Epsilon at the core of client media and marketing transformation strategies within Groupe. Managing Partners are responsible for overall business performance, client relationships, and strategic direction, ensuring growth, innovation, and operational excellence across Groupe. You’ll report to the Senior Vice President of Client Services & Growth and work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Product and Solutions teams, along with key internal stakeholders and external customers. This is a hybrid role based in London (x4 days per week in office).
Responsibilities
- Own and drive portfolio‑level revenue growth for Epsilon, identifying, shaping, and closing high‑value opportunities across Groupe clients while navigating complex internal and external stakeholder ecosystems.
- Act as the executive sponsor for key client relationships, building trusted C‑suite partnerships and influencing long‑term client strategy and transformation agendas.
- Define and lead the commercial strategy across your portfolio, creating scalable, repeatable growth frameworks that unlock new revenue streams and market opportunities.
- Orchestrate cross‑Groupe collaboration, aligning capabilities across media, data, identity, and technology into a single, compelling client proposition.
- Elevate solution design and positioning, ensuring Epsilon’s differentiated capabilities are embedded at the centre of client marketing, data, and media ecosystems.
- Champion operational excellence at scale, ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery across multiple clients and teams.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high‑performing team, setting standards for commercial discipline, client leadership, and growth culture across the organisation.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in client leadership, sales, and marketing transformation, with a track record of owning and growing complex, high‑value portfolios.
- Executive‑level commercial acumen, with clear accountability for revenue, profitability, and long‑term business growth.
- Deep expertise across data‑driven marketing, media, and/or AdTech ecosystems, with the ability to connect strategy, analytics, and activation into tangible business outcomes.
- Proven ability to operate at C‑suite level, influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex, multi‑layered organisations.
- Strategic thinker with a strong consultative approach, able to translate client objectives into scalable, high‑impact solutions.
