Overview: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Integrated Production Lead to head our production department, focusing on leading the transition from siloed teams to a more integrated, cross-departmental collaboration model. The Integrated Production Lead will drive the creation of integrated advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will oversee the entire production process, ensuring high quality, on-brand, and on-budget execution across TV, digital, social media, experiential, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Client & Business Development: Build senior-level client relationships for key strategic accounts to drive revenue. Collaborate to develop creative production solutions in response to briefs, ensuring exceptional creative standards.
- Production Leadership: Lead the change from siloed production teams to a fully integrated, cross-departmental operating model. Work closely with producers and creatives to ensure the delivery of world-class content.
- Strategic Vision: Maintain a deep understanding of Publicis Production’s vision and full suite of services to ensure optimal resource allocation for each project.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in integrated production, with a proven ability to manage large, cross-functional teams and deliver complex campaigns across multiple media platforms.
- Leadership & Management Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.
- Creative & Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of creative production processes, including video, digital, experiential, and social media formats.
- Client-Facing Expertise: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage high level client relationships.
- Project Management: Expertise in managing multiple complex projects at once, with a focus on achieving deadlines, staying within budget, and maintaining quality.
- Creative Vision & Strategic Thinking: A sharp creative eye paired with a strategic mindset, understanding how production fits within broader marketing and advertising goals.
