We are hiring a BI & Reporting Manager to play a pivotal role in transforming how performance data is delivered, understood and used across one of the world's most innovative client relationships. Sitting within the dedicated MPx team at Publicis Media, you'll help shape the reporting infrastructure that supports Microsoft's business across EMEA, enabling teams to move beyond manual reporting and focus on insights that drive action. This is an opportunity to combine technical expertise, collaboration and continuous improvement to create scalable reporting solutions used across 30+ markets. Responsibilities

  • Own and develop Funnel.io workspaces, ensuring data sources, connectors, access permissions and reporting structures are maintained and optimised.
  • Create consistent cross-channel reporting frameworks by standardising metrics, dimensions and data mappings across media platforms.
  • Build, enhance and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions that support internal teams and client-facing requirements.
  • Lead reporting quality assurance by validating data, investigating discrepancies and ensuring outputs are accurate and reliable.
  • Enable and support Funnel.io Champions through training, guidance and clear documentation that drives confidence and adoption.
  • Streamline reporting workflows, reducing manual effort and helping teams spend more time on analysis, optimisation and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with media specialists, planning teams and client stakeholders to deliver reporting for quarterly business reviews, commercial requests and regional reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with marketing data, automated reporting, business intelligence or dashboarding solutions.
  • Practical knowledge of tools such as Funnel.io, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Supermetrics or similar reporting platforms.
  • Understanding of digital media reporting across channels including Search, Social, Programmatic and Retail Media.
  • Ability to reconcile, validate and interpret performance metrics such as spend, clicks, conversions, CPA and ROAS.
  • Strong attention to detail with a structured approach to data quality, troubleshooting and documentation.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and delivering meaningful business outcomes.
