This is an opportunity to lead high‑impact AV work for one of the world’s most iconic entertainment brands. As part of Publicis Imagine, you’ll shape AV strategy across TV, BVOD, CTV, Audio and Cinema—bringing craft, creativity and commercial thinking together at scale. You’ll work closely with planners, digital specialists and clients to create integrated solutions that genuinely move audiences. Responsibilities
- Leading end‑to‑end AV planning and activation across TV, BVOD, CTV, Audio and Cinema, from brief through to review.
- Guiding and supporting a team of AV buyers to deliver consistently high‑quality, accountable work.
- Partnering closely with planning, digital and paid social teams to design integrated, audience‑led solutions.
- Negotiating with media owners to unlock value, innovation and effective outcomes for the client.
- Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, grounded in a strong understanding of their business and goals.
- Using data, systems and market insight to understand audience behaviour and inform decision‑making.
- Sharing market intelligence and encouraging fresh thinking, ensuring no two plans need to look the same.
Qualifications
- Solid experience within AV, with hands‑on knowledge across TV, BVOD, CTV, Audio and Cinema.
- Experience leading or mentoring others, with a collaborative and supportive management style.
- Confidence working with senior clients and constructively challenging briefs when needed.
- A strong understanding of the programmatic AV ecosystem, including CTV, BVOD and digital audio.
- Clear, engaging communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing AV audits, guarantees and accountability processes.
- Curiosity, creativity and a genuine interest in entertainment, culture and audiences.
