This includes audience data for targeting, digital data for optimisation, first-party data for personalisation, and third-party data for market insights. Key to success is supporting data partners—such as third-party providers for enriched datasets and collaborating with the internal data team to ensure seamless integration, quality, and innovation. You will foster strong relationships, drive compliance with regulations like GDPR, and deliver measurable ROI, all while demonstrating self-initiative in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead governance and integration of digital, first-party, and third-party data across media channels.
  • Support data partners by managing relationships, negotiating integrations, and ensuring data quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the internal data team to optimise workflows, mentor analysts, and implement tools for efficient data handling.
  • Engage UK bank stakeholders to align data insights with business objectives, translating needs into actionable plans.
  • Drive AI and predictive analytics adoption for enhanced forecasting and personalisation.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in data leadership, preferably in advertising or financial services.
  • Hard skills: Expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Track record of driving business outcomes through analytics, not just delivering reports.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and facilitation—essential for partner support and team collaboration.
  • Degree in data disciplines, maths, science, or equivalent.
