Overview

We are seeking an Analyst to join our Data Science & Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing data, deriving insights, and contributing to client-facing deliverables while demonstrating strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving to derive meaningful insights from data
  • Develop strong knowledge of metrics, dimensions, and the meaning behind data
  • Independently derive observations and identify outliers from extracted and manipulated data
  • Contribute to client-facing deliverables (e.g., learning agendas, measurement plans, test plans, campaign reporting)
  • Perform data analysis, data wrangling, data cleaning, data visualisation, and data summarisation independently
  • Execute regression analysis and forecasting techniques
  • Apply various clustering methods and time series predictions
  • Conduct intermediate statistical analysis
  • Transform data into visually appealing presentations with an emphasis on storytelling
  • Effectively present specific components of deliverables to clients and team members
  • Accurately map and estimate steps and effort levels for deliverable management
  • Prioritise tasks effectively or seek prioritisation guidance when needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, R, or Python
  • Strong data visualisation skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
