We are hiring a Programmatic Account Manager to join APEX, the growth and solutions hub within Publicis Media that is redefining how clients unlock value through media investment, innovation, and guaranteed outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of programmatic advertising, partnering with some of the world's most recognised brands while helping deliver measurable business results across the entire marketing funnel.
As part of a highly collaborative and growing team, you'll play a key role in shaping programmatic strategies, driving campaign performance, and delivering market-leading solutions across channels including display, video, audio, DOOH, social, and CTV.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of programmatic accounts, building trusted relationships and delivering outstanding client service.
- Drive campaign performance by translating insights into strategic recommendations and actionable optimisation plans.
- Partner with internal trading teams to ensure campaigns are launched, managed, and delivered successfully against agreed objectives.
- Monitor pacing, performance, and profitability metrics, identifying opportunities to maximise outcomes and value for clients.
- Collaborate with agencies, technology partners, and media vendors to deliver innovative and effective programmatic solutions.
- Support the development of guaranteed outcome frameworks and contribute to new product and solution enhancements.
- Share best practice, contribute to team initiatives, and help elevate programmatic excellence across the wider business.
Qualifications
- Experience managing and optimising programmatic campaigns within platforms such as The Trade Desk (TTD) and DV360.
- Strong understanding of performance-focused buying models and campaign delivery across display, video, mobile, and YouTube environments.
- Ability to analyse campaign data, identify meaningful insights, and communicate recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach when working with clients, agencies, and internal teams.
- Advanced Excel skills along with a data-led mindset and strong problem-solving capability.
- Genuine curiosity for emerging programmatic technologies, media innovation, and evolving digital marketing trends.
