We are hiring a Digital Planning Director to play a pivotal role in shaping how our clients experience strategic, integrated digital planning. This role sits at the heart of client leadership, campaign orchestration, and operational excellence — connecting teams, insights, and delivery across regions. You’ll have real influence, building trusted senior client partnerships while helping teams do their best work. Responsibilities:
- Lead senior client relationships across regions and business units, acting as a trusted and consistent primary point of contact.
- Set the standard for high-quality client servicing, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and confidence at every stage.
- Own end-to-end communication across clients and internal teams, shaping clear status updates and reporting narratives.
- Orchestrate integrated campaign delivery across strategy, account management, and channel specialists.
- Ensure all campaign outputs align with central strategy frameworks and regional business objectives.
- Partner with performance and channel leads to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Line manage Account Management Manager(s), supporting development, progression, and confident leadership.
