With a history that dates back over 80 years, Starcom is a global communications planning and media leader. We are an agency still grounded in our founding principle that people are at the centre of all we do. Each day, we apply this belief to harness the transformative power of data and technology to inspire and move people and business forward. With more than 7,000 employees in over 100 offices around the world, we are the flagship Publicis Media agency that uses our ‘Power of One’ business model, with teams that span multiple disciplines across clients such as Aldi, P&G, Primark, Samsung, Stellantis, and Visa.
We place a huge focus on our People, and have driven flagship D&I and L&D programmes within Publicis Media; our goal is to help every individual reach their fullest potential, and we encourage everyone to make “Brave Plays” in how they approach their work and their own career development. As a result, we have an exceptionally energised and committed talent base, all of us proud of our welcoming and supportive culture, as evidenced by our recognition as one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work for five years in a row, Media Week's Agency of the Year 2025 and one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025.
We are hiring a Regional Account Manager to help shape how some of the world’s most recognised beer brands show up across Europe. Based in London, this role sits at the heart of Starcom’s European AB InBev team, partnering with local and global stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, effective media planning across multiple markets. You’ll combine strategic thinking with strong relationship‑building to help brands grow, markets connect, and teams do their best work. If you enjoy working across cultures, navigating complexity, and making a real impact, this is a role where you can thrive.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading regional media planning support across 8–10 European markets, ensuring plans align with AB InBev’s planning principles
- Acting as the day‑to‑day regional client contact, owning status updates, competitive reviews, and smooth delivery of regional and global outputs
- Partnering with global media and brand teams, translating context, summarising plans, and constructively challenging feedback when needed
- Supporting markets through key planning moments, from briefing through to final recommendations and presentations
- Coordinating and advancing ESG and sustainability initiatives across European markets
- Contributing to quarterly business reviews and market landscape updates, helping clients stay ahead of change
- Supporting the onboarding of new or expanding European markets into the AB InBev portfolio
Skills we’re looking for:
- Experience in media planning across multiple channels, with exposure to regional or global coordination
- Confidence managing multiple workstreams while maintaining accuracy, quality, and momentum
- A clear understanding of how different media channels work together within a broader strategy
- Comfort communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients and international teams where English may not be a first language
- A solutions‑focused mindset, with the ability to remove barriers and offer constructive perspectives
- Strong presentation and briefing experience, whether leading or contributing
- Curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine interest in building trusted relationships
Starcom offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees. Full details are shared when you join, but highlights include core benefits such as Pension, Life Assurance, and Private Medical cover, alongside enhanced policies like Reflection Days and Shared Parental Leave.
