We are hiring an Analytics Solutions Lead to help shape how data, technology and advanced analytics drive better decisions for one of Publicis Groupe’s most significant global client partnerships. In this role, you’ll connect strategy, insight and execution across markets, helping teams turn complex data into clear, practical action. You’ll play a key part in building smarter ways of working, improving marketing effectiveness and supporting the continued growth of Collective’s data and technology capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of data and technology solutions that help clients make more informed marketing decisions.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape data-driven strategies across media, content, commerce and digital transformation.
- Connect regional and market teams to share learnings, build consistency and support the delivery of the global data and technology roadmap.
- Guide analytics specialists across data science, audience insight and reporting, creating clear priorities and supporting high-quality delivery.
- Help clients progress from descriptive reporting towards more predictive and actionable analytics.
- Strengthen data governance, processes and infrastructure so teams can collect, manage and apply data more effectively.
- Support new business and client growth opportunities by translating technical capability into clear, compelling recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in data, analytics or technology roles, ideally within media, marketing, advertising or a related client-focused environment.
- The ability to turn complex data, platforms and analytical concepts into clear stories, recommendations and decisions.
- Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across clients, senior leaders and specialist teams.
- Strong project and process management skills, with a thoughtful approach to prioritisation, delivery and quality.
- Experience using data visualisation, analytics or business intelligence tools to create useful insight and reporting.
- A collaborative leadership style, with a focus on coaching others, sharing knowledge and creating an inclusive team culture.
- Curiosity about emerging trends in digital media, advertising technology, audience strategy and marketing effectiveness.
