Influential UK is the next evolution in creator-led growth. Connecting Publicis Groupe’s global scale with Influential’s proprietary AI and conversion technology, we deliver what no other agency can: truly connected influencer and media strategies, and creator-led campaigns that influence real-world outcomes.
Our team exists within one of the world’s largest agency networks, combining agility, teamwork, and entrepreneurial spirit with the backing, reach, and capabilities of a global powerhouse - allowing us to build faster, think without limits, and set new standards for the industry.
To influence culture, our team must reflect it. We’re looking for people obsessed with the intersection of social and creator culture, who bring a unique perspective and point of view, to help us create award-winning work for the world’s most iconic brands like Mars, Coty, Disney, and Sky.
We’re hiring a Creator Media Director to help put creator-led thinking at the heart of connected media planning. You’ll bring together the scale of Publicis Groupe and Influential UK’s creator expertise, helping teams turn brilliant creator ideas into real opportunities for clients. Sitting across growth, product, media, and activation, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how creator marketing shows up across the wider media ecosystem.
What you'll be doing:
- Put creators into the media conversation, building trusted relationships with planning, strategy, investment, and client teams and helping them see where creator marketing can make a bigger impact.
- Champion Creator360, bringing creator-led thinking into live briefs, pitches, and connected media plans across the network.
- Turn opportunity into action, coordinating Creator Outcomes programmes from sale through activation and keeping teams aligned around what success looks like.
- Connect the right expertise, bringing together Influential activation teams, paid media specialists, technology providers, and measurement partners.
- Make the complex feel simple, translating client needs into clear, actionable plans that teams can deliver brilliantly.
- Build confidence in creator-led media, developing training, frameworks, case studies, and practical resources teams can put to work.
- Help shape what comes next, listening to teams and clients, spotting opportunities, and using what you learn to strengthen our products and grow adoption.
Skills we're looking for:
- A solid understanding of media planning and channel integration, and where creators can play a meaningful role.
- Experience across influencer marketing, media, social, partnerships, or integrated communications, with a strong understanding of how those worlds connect.
- The ability to build trusted relationships and bring different perspectives together around a shared opportunity.
- Commercial instinct, with an eye for where great creator thinking can unlock value for both clients and the business.
- Strong organisational and project-management skills, particularly when coordinating multiple teams and moving parts.
- The confidence to influence through ideas, expertise, and collaboration, even when you don't own every part of the process.
- Genuine curiosity about where creators, media, technology, commerce, and performance are heading next.
