Mars United Commerce (part of Publicis Groupe) is looking to connect with experienced freelance Account Directors who can support client projects across the UK and European markets. We are a global commerce marketing practice working with leading FMCG brands, where creativity, technology and shopper behaviour come together to drive commercial performance.
The Opportunity: As a freelance Account Director, you’ll lead client relationships and end-to-end project delivery within a creative agency environment. This includes shaping briefs, partnering with strategy and creative teams, presenting work to clients, and ensuring production and execution land smoothly across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day client relationships and account delivery
- Write inspiring creative briefs and support creative development
- Present strategic and creative recommendations to clients
- Oversee project scope, budgets, timelines and forecasting
- Collaborate with internal teams and partner agencies
- Identify opportunities to deepen and grow client business
We’d like to connect if you have:
- Experience in BTL, Shopper Marketing or Commerce-led creative environments
- FMCG brand experience (advantageous)
- Ability to work autonomously and motivate teams
- Confidence presenting work and guiding client decision-making
