Mars United Commerce (part of Publicis Groupe) is looking to connect with experienced freelance Account Directors who can support client projects across the UK and European markets. We are a global commerce marketing practice working with leading FMCG brands, where creativity, technology and shopper behaviour come together to drive commercial performance.
As a freelance Account Director, you’ll lead client relationships and end-to-end project delivery within a creative agency environment. This includes shaping briefs, partnering with strategy and creative teams, presenting work to clients, and ensuring production and execution land smoothly across channels.
- Lead day-to-day client relationships and account delivery
- Write inspiring creative briefs and support creative development
- Present strategic and creative recommendations to clients
- Oversee project scope, budgets, timelines and forecasting
- Identify opportunities to deepen and grow client business
Experience in BTL, Shopper Marketing or Commerce-led creative environments is required. FMCG brand experience is advantageous. Strong organisational and commercial awareness is essential, along with comfort working at pace and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
