The core requirements of this senior role would encompass all aspects of the new business process including: RFI/RFP submissions, pitch presentation approach and deck content creation, pitch collateral, as well as transitioning new clients. This role would also be responsible for leading the operational workings and fast moving nature of the pitch process including setting up timelines, communicating information to the pitch team, coordinating local markets and managing workflow.

This role must collaborate relentlessly across the Groupe’s agency networks in media, advertising, PR, CRM/ Loyalty, e-commerce, data and technology, across a multitude of verticals and across markets in the region to tell pitch winning stories and scale growth. The ideal candidate will have the appetite to learn and collaborate with our team and be someone who is constantly pursuing new ideas in and looking for ways to grow, experiment and create work that stands out.

This person needs to be an effective and efficient project manager and be able to coordinate across multiple markets. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to juggle several live projects at any one time; capable of working to tight deadlines; not afraid to work late on projects when required, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, strategic and fundamental communications planning skills are necessary to be able to lead pitch proposal strategic content development.

  • Be able to dive deep into research/data to uncover scalable insights
  • Extremely organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to be versatile and handle multiple projects and markets simultaneously
  • Committed to high quality of work and to building positive and productive relationships with agency senior management
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • 12+ years of related experience
