I have been given many opportunities over the past 12 months which have helped me grow in confidence around the workplace and within myself, these are working with people outside my team and looking into different departments that interest me.
I was also shortlisted for the Chamber of Commerce ‘Apprentice of the Year’ Award and was 1 of 3 Apprentices to be put up. Without the help and support from everyone at Publica I wouldn’t have been able to achieve this, especially my manager who is always supportive and able to help with anything that is going on, whether it is to do with any college work I have or in my role."
