The temporary accommodation sites are located in Witney, Chipping Norton, and North Leigh.

The successful post holder will be provided with a company van, tools, and equipment. This is a varied and hands-on role combining routine compliance checks, reactive maintenance, and planned works. You will travel between properties, working independently while remaining supported by the other members of the Asset team to ensure all properties are safe, functional, and well maintained.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong practical skills who enjoys problem-solving and working autonomously. You will not be expected to know everything, but you will need the ability to identify issues, take appropriate action, and escalate where necessary. We are looking for a skilled, dependable individual who shows initiative, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
