Are you passionate about safety, sustainability, and making a real impact at work? Join Ubico as a SHEQ Advisor and play a key role in shaping a safe, compliant, and high-performing environment across our operations.
You will work closely with the Head of SHEQ to support and improve our Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality systems. From carrying out site inspections and risk assessments to delivering training and driving continuous improvement, you will be at the heart of keeping our people safe and our standards high.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Providing expert SHEQ advice and guidance to teams and contractors
- Supporting incident investigations and identifying root causes
- Ensuring corrective actions are completed effectively
- Developing procedures, reports, and performance updates
- Delivering toolbox talks and promoting a strong safety culture
- Staying up to date with legislation and best practice
You will need:
- Experience in a SHEQ or Health & Safety role
- IOSH knowledge and practical experience
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experience supporting investigations and advising managers
- Full UK driving licence, and access to a vehicle and business insurance
