We are looking for a proactive and organised Procurement Administrator to join the Procurement Team at Publica Group Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to support a wide range of procurement and administrative activities across our partner organisations and clients.
As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support and help ensure procurement processes are compliant, efficient and delivered to high professional standards.
- Providing a comprehensive administrative service to the Publica Procurement Team
- Assisting in the production of periodic statistical data and returns for Government departments and external bodies, including benchmarking data
- Assisting in the implementation of innovative procurement practices, policies and procedures in line with Council Contract Procedure Rules (CPRs) and procurement legislation
- Monitoring and actioning correspondence and documentation via the E-procurement portal to meet strict deadlines
Qualifications equivalent to NVQ Level 1 or GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Comfortable working with data and using IT systems.
Use of a car for work purposes.
Agile working allowing a mix of home and office working.
Flexible working arrangements (depending on the role).
