About the role
As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll ensure accurate and timely billing, collection, and recovery of sundry debts for our clients. Your work will directly support essential public services and ensure financial efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices and recording payments accurately and promptly
- Handling queries and following up to resolution
- Maintaining accurate financial records and data
- Supporting customers with professionalism and integrity
- Escalating issues that may affect service delivery
You will need:
- Qualifications equivalent to NVQ Level 1 or GCSEs in Maths & English
- High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Strong customer service skills and a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and maintain confidentiality
- Great communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
