Day‑to‑Day Tasks

  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks and keeping records up to date
  • Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Directing enquiries to the right teams
  • Supporting colleagues across different departments when needed
  • Helping ensure services run smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications and Experience

  • Has qualifications equivalent to GCSE Maths and English (or NVQ Level 1)
  • Enjoys working with people and building positive relationships
  • Can manage their workload and meet deadlines
  • Is adaptable and willing to learn

Working Hours

This role is 26 hours per week. Your hours can be arranged flexibly, but will need to follow a consistent weekly pattern Monday to Friday, such as mornings or afternoons each day.

Special Conditions

  • There may be a requirement to work at other Publica Group (Support) Ltd and/or client locations to meet the needs of the business
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • BPSS Check
