This is a hybrid role, with a mix of working from home and from our offices in Cirencester, so you will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance. The post is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover, or until the postholder returns – whichever is sooner. The working pattern is Monday to Friday.

You will need
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience (typically 5+ years)
  • Proven experience working across teams to support service or organisational improvement
  • Confidence and resilience when operating in complex or challenging environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines

Interview Date: 18th and 19th February
