We are seeking a Turkish Interpreter to assist our Neighbourhoods service in Woodberry Down Estate, Hackney N4. The role requires 8 hours per week at our advice surgeries, held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2–6pm.
Responsibilities include translating and providing advice around housing and regeneration. Experience in this area would be beneficial for understanding terminology and translating accurately into Turkish.
Qualifications: proven experience in interpretation and translation work; in‑depth knowledge of Turkish; experience giving advice and information on culture, language, and related issues; familiarity with regeneration and housing terminology.
Employment: ideally suited for a self‑employed individual, paid monthly at £25 per hour.
