We are partnering with a well-established housing association in the West Midlands region to recruit a Head of Finance. This is a key role with responsibility for overseeing the organisation's financial business partnering, financial accounting, and payroll functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead financial control, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering
- Oversee statutory accounts, audits, regulatory returns, payroll, and balance sheet integrity
- Deliver accurate management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage and develop the finance team, fostering a proactive business partnering culture
- Partner with stakeholders to improve financial performance and efficiency across the organisation
- Lead the preparation and presentation of Board-level reports, providing clear financial insight to support governance and organisational performance
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIPFA)
- Housing sector experience
- Proven business partnering and management accounting experience
