Rent and Service Charge Specialist - Interim | 6 Months I am working with a well-established housing association committed to providing affordable, good-quality homes to its local community. They are looking for an experienced Rent and Service Charge Specialist for an initial six-month assignment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge of rent and service charge legislation, alongside the ability to lead the function, strengthen processes and drive improvements. Responsibilities: Leading the rent and service charge function, ensuring effective day-to-day operations. Managing rent and service charge budgets, rent convergence and ensuring costs are appropriately recharged. Working with a range of stakeholders to strengthen processes, controls and overall service delivery. Requirements: A social housing background, with experience across both rents and service charges. Strong Excel and analytical skills, with experience improving processes and controls. The role offers largely remote working, a competitive day rate and Outside IR35 engagement.
