On behalf of NRS, we are looking for a Resourcing Coordinator (Inside IR35) for a 12 month contract based in Bristol on a hybrid basis (2 days per week on site, remainder remote/WFH), As a Resourcing Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to provide essential support in executing talent acquisition processes. This includes coordinating recruitment activities, facilitating candidate-hiring team communication, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process., * Candidate Engagement: Manage the hiring and onboarding process for new and existing employees – Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the process

  • Process Coordination: Orchestrate the logistics of the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, and overall coordination of recruitment-related activities.

  • Communication Liaison: Facilitate clear and timely communication between candidates and the hiring team, ensuring all parties are well-informed and updated.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) with a focus on data integrity and confidentiality. Management of Resourcing in-box, ensuring promptly response to any queries/questions.

  • Interview Support: Assist in the preparation and coordination of interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. Ensure our interviews run like clockwork – owning their coordination and scheduling, prepping the candidate and interviewers and following up after every interview

  • Onboarding Assistance: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring a smooth transition.

  • Help organise and run our recruitment or networking events – ensuring these are representative our brand and effectively target candidates we want to hire

  • Create and post adverts across our own and external platforms, to make sure our online advertising activities are up to date at all times

  • Support interviewer training and building out internal recruitment resources to deliver exceptional hiring processes

  • Support the secondment process in/out NRS/NDA – Ensuring accurate date and reporting

  • Identify opportunities for improvements in our process and automation for efficiency

  • Make sure that joining NRS feels special, preparing employment contracts and offer letters

  • Proactive confident individual with ability to work on own initiative

  • Demonstratable admin experience with high-volume workloads

  • IT savvy

Desirable:

  • Public sector experience

  • Payroll knowledge
