Public Sector is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor on an interim basis to carry out detailed surveys across occupied and empty homes, communal areas and external elements.
The role requires assessing component condition, remaining life and HHSRS hazards, recording data, and producing technical reports to support asset investment planning and compliance requirements.
This interim post pays £35–£40 per hour Umbrella and offers a collaborative role with Asset Management and Housing teams.
