Goodman Masson are partnering with a social housing organisation in Kent to recruit an interim Repairs Surveyor.

You’ll conduct detailed surveys, manage complex repairs and oversee projects from instruction to completion, ensuring quality, compliance and value for money.

In this role you’ll supervise contractors, monitor KPIs, review quotations and provide technical guidance to colleagues while delivering excellent customer service and driving process improvements.
