Data PMO Manager

• Data and Information Workstream lead for TERMINUS (Hard / Soft FM Contract Exit) to include the Defence Academy Campus Integrator (DACI) and JSCSC PFI Contracts.

• Support the development for approval, of the full range of requirement sets across the VENTURE Programme.

• Support the development and coordination of the full set of project progress reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and SME input.

• Liaising with Defence Management (Watchfield) Limited (DMW) and Serco as the Service Provider to source and catalogue all relevant data sets.

• Plan and deliver the TERMINUS Data and Information Management Plan as part of the wider Project Management Plan and plan with wider stakeholders a data migration plan to meet agreed project milestones meeting all MOD data security requirements.

• Coordination of RFIs on a prioritised bases working with relevant SMEs to ensure a timely response from all stakeholders.

• Management and maintenance of the suite of Teams / SharePoint sites for the internal / external and shared TERMINUS project artifacts and data sets.

• Management and coordination of supporting visits, events and meetings relating to TERMINUS and VENTURE as directed. Chair of the Joint monthly Data Workstream Working Group.

• Experience in a similar role with data analytics

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management experience, with confidence to present findings to all levels of staff.

• Experience with PMO

• Please note ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE is required for this position.

Desirable:

• Previous experience with Defense Data

• Previous experience with Gantt Charts
