Are you an experienced property professional looking for a varied and hands-on role? We’re looking for a skilled Surveyor to help manage and improve a diverse residential portfolio, ensuring homes are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with current standards. This is an interim role for 3-6 months.
In this role, you’ll take responsibility for inspecting properties, identifying issues, and overseeing a wide range of works, from day-to-day repairs to larger refurbishment and improvement projects. You’ll play a key part in ensuring that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out property inspections and diagnose building defects
- Specify, schedule, and oversee repair and improvement works
- Manage contractors and monitor quality, cost, and progress
- Ensure all works comply with relevant regulations and safety standards
- Undertake condition surveys and support safety compliance activities
