I’m currently recruiting an interim Asset Manager for one of my clients based in the midlands. The role is initially looking like 3-6 months in length covering a long term sick leave.

Initial duties include:

  • Deliver the capital investment programme safely, compliantly, on time and within budget.
  • Taking full responsibility of a programme and 5 year budget.
  • Manage and build strong relationships with contractors and consultants i.e. contractor management and procurement.
  • Embed high performance, innovation and customer involvement within investment planning.

They are keen to someone in the role ASAP. Rates ranging from £500-£600 depending on experience. Can be outside IR35.
