On behalf of Transport Scotland, we are looking for a Senior Electrical Manager for a 12 month contract based working on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 2 days per week in the Glasgow office.

As a Senior Electrical Manager, you will have the following experience:

  • Demonstrable experience and expertise relating to the delivery of electrical and lighting services in a roads environment, or other relevant transport based equivalent, including the application of relevant industry standards.
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge relating to the use of the public sector electricity market and the management of different supply types.
  • Demonstrable experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, developing, and maintaining credible relationships and experience in providing advice and support to a senior level.
  • Demonstrable experience of contract management and successfully delivering a range of priorities in a complex and challenging environment with a flexible approach to team working.

Essential:

  • Demonstrable experience and expertise relating to the delivery of electrical and lighting services in a roads environment, or other relevant transport based equivalent, including the application of relevant industry standards.

Desirable:

  • Preferably CEng registered with the Engineering Council.

Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
