On behalf of DWP, we are looking for a Oracle E-business Suite Technical Consultant for a 12 months Inside IR35 contract based Hybrid Manchester, Blackpool, Manchester or Newcastle. SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short‑term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active SC clearance.

As an Oracle E-business Suite Technical Consultant, your main responsibilities will be:
- Oracle Developer with in-depth knowledge and experience (5+ years) in of E-Business Suite Financial modules, specifically General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payments, Sub‑Ledger Accounting and Cash Management.
- Strong Experience of:
- Oracle RDBMS SQL, PL/SQL, SQL*Loader SQL*Developer
- Oracle E-Business Suite Technical Development and associated standards
- Oracle Reports Personalisation and extension of Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
- Developing, maintaining and enhancing custom OAF based applications (using JDeveloper & OAF Framework)
- Oracle API’s and open interfaces - especially Financials related
- Developing, consuming web services in Oracle EBS environment
- Performance tuning of code
- Oracle Workflow Builder
- XML Publisher
