On behalf of Homes England, we are looking for a Lead Data analyst Inside IR35 for a 6 months contract based hybrid London

Homes England, the government’s housing and regeneration agency, plays a central role in tackling the housing challenges the country now faces.

Following the publication of the government’s Levelling Up White Paper, Homes England has also been tasked with a core role in spearheading regeneration, partnering with places to reduce economic disparity, empower local leaders and create equal opportunities across the country to ensure communities reach their full potential.

Essential

  • Oversee end-to-end data processes, ensuring alignment with standards and continuous improvement.
  • Manage Agile data projects, prioritising work and coordinating stakeholders effectively.
  • Champion data quality by providing training, resolving issues, and promoting best practices.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for data and reporting challenges, proactively addressing risks.
  • Drive innovation and business improvement through data insights and analytical solutions.
  • Contribute to system and process enhancements, ensuring data and reporting requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain high-quality data assets while supporting self-service analytics and collaboration across teams.
  • Possess strong technical expertise across modern data platforms, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environments or similar, Databricks for scalable data processing, advanced SQL for relational data management, and semantic data modelling to enable robust, business-friendly reporting and analytics solutions.
