On behalf of The Ministry of Justice we are looking for an Enterprise Architect (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract. Hybrid working with 2 days per week required in any MOJ office.

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) priorities include improving public safety and reducing reoffending by reforming prisons, probation and youth justice, and building a justice system which makes access to justice swifter and more certain for all citizens whatever their background. Project professionals in the MoJ help to improve the government's ability to protect the public and reduce reoffending, and to provide a more effective, transparent and responsive criminal justice system for victims and the public.

You will be joining the Justice Digital Ardoq team - a team responsible for modelling the enterprise architecture into the MOJ. We need someone to work with the Senior Enterprise Architect and help build out the model on Ardoq.

Essential
  • An active SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks.
  • Experience in a range of architectural disciplines e.g. IT system or technical architecture, business architecture, solution architecture, data architecture, etc.
  • Experience documenting the architecture of an organisation including the technology, people, process and other elements used to achieve the organisation's objectives.
  • Ability to analyse and understand complex systems and identify dependencies between systems and components.
  • Able to build effective, collaborative relationships with architects across different architectural disciplines in a complex and highly devolved organisation.
  • Able to identify, document and communicate architectural risks impacting an organisation including security risks, data risks, business risks, etc.
  • Able to guide and influence decisions across the organisation.
  • Experience with Ardoq.
