On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for 50 Caseworkers (Inside IR35) to join our client for a contract to run up until March 2026, which is hybrid working in London.

As a Caseworker, your main responsibilities will be:
- Scrutinise and investigate requests for review and determine the appropriate response
- Maintain accurate records of decisions and evidence to support those decisions
- Communicate with applicants to obtain additional information/evidence that may affect the outcome of their review
Essential:
- SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks.
- Competent with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PP, Excel, Teams etc.).
- Previous caseworker experience
- Experience in analysing complex information from multiple sources, with keen eye for attention to detail
- Experience in using government policy to make decisions.
Desirable:
- MOD/Home Office/Police/Immigration background
- Experience dealing with complex cases.
