The Benefits Lead will own the realisation of measurable benefits from the Defence transformation programme, ensuring the delivery of value to Defence and taxpayers. You will define baselines, targets and embed benefits tracking across delivery and into BAU.
SC Clearance is essential; the role is UK‑based and hybrid, with ad‑hoc travel to London or Bristol. Ideal candidates have public sector or large ERP programme experience and are able to operate in a fast-paced government environment.
