On behalf of AWE, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner (Inside IR35) for a 12 month hybrid contract based in Aldermaston with 2 days in the office and the remainder working from home.
As a Finance Business Partner, your main responsibilities will be:
- Apply all appropriate procedures, processes and systems to ensure the quality and consistency of data supported by your team
- Line and task manage capacity and deployment of business partner managers and their teams in support of Lead Business Partners
- Ensuring the teams deliverables are:
- Produced to acceptable time, cost & quality, including but not limited to forecasts, budgets, procurement plans, reports and variance analysis
- Produced to the required Business Rhythm
Essential:
- Previous Finance business partner experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Reporting and forecasting
- Proficient in Microsoft package
- SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks.
