On behalf of Sellafield, we are looking for a Training Developer for a 12-month contract with an expectation of 5 days attendance in the Workington Cumbria office. As a Training Developer, your main responsibilities will be:
- This is required to enable Training Development work scope to be carried out across all Business Areas.
- Analyse, Design, Develop and Implement fit for purpose SAT derived material in accordance with Sellafield Limited Procedures within agreed deadlines detailed on the relevant training Integrated Schedule.
- Meet Programme Requirements for local Area/Project, as defined in the project schedule.
- Carry out pilots as required.
- Instruct various courses as produced by self/other training members if and as required.
- Carry out post training evaluations and provide/respond to feedback.
- Participate in audits, evaluations and reviews as required by local area/project.
- Hand-over / coach relevant SME in the use and delivery of all developed material to aid effective implementation.
- Coach and share information with other team members with regard to applying SAT and Sellafield practices.
- Attend and contribute to training Peers Reviews and other meetings in a manner that adds value to the business.
- Attend and participate in required Sellafield Limited Training courses and any specific events required for your role.
- Meet required technical and behavioural standards.

- Experience in Training Design and Content Development - Ability to analyse training needs, design effective learning solutions and create engaging learning materials using recognised learning methodologies.
- Competent Use of Digital Systems - Confident in navigating and using organisational platforms such as SEMS, Learning Management Systems, and other core business applications.
- Effective Stakeholder Collaboration - Strong communication skills to gather accurate information, validate content, and work confidently with technical experts.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office.

- SC Clearance.
