Job Purpose
As a Quantity Surveyor your main responsibilities would be to:
* Support the Procurement Team in managing and delivering engineering and construction works, ensuring works are fairly valued and billed in line with progress achieved.
* Assist with the management and control of project costs, ensuring expenditure is valid, forecast accurately, and represents value for money.
* Support the preparation of procurement documentation, including ITTs, terms and conditions, cost estimates and tender support information.
* Assist in the monitoring and administration of NEC contracts, ensuring contractor compliance with contractual obligations.
* Measure and value works completed, including reviewing applications for
