On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for an Improvement Asset Manager for an 8 months contract based Hybrid 3 days a week in Stratford

As an Improvement Asset Manager your main responsibilities will be to:
* Actively manage and implement a portfolio of over 100 asset management improvement actions.
* Track progress, resolve delivery issues, and ensure milestones are met.
* Apply asset maturity models (e.g. ISO 55001) to assess current state and guide improvements.
* Support the organisation\’s journey toward higher asset management maturity levels.
* Implement and monitor risk and compliance processes related to asset management.
* Ensure frameworks are understood and adopted across relevant functions.
* Troubleshoot delivery challenges and adapt plans as needed.
Essential:
* Proven experience in asset management and continuous improvement initiatives.
* In-depth knowledge and practical application of ISO 55001 standards.
* Demonstrated leadership or key involvement in major asset management improvement programmes.
