On behalf of PSR, we are looking for a Property Leader Inside IR35 for a 6 months contract based Hybrid. SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.
As a Property Leader, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Set and deliver long-term property and estate strategy, aligned to departmental and cross-government priorities
- Lead major property portfolios, programmes or specialist functions, ensuring effective governance, assurance and value for money
- Set the tone and expectations for Health & Safety leadership, embedding a strong safety culture across property activities
- Provide senior advice on commercial, financial, operational and policy-driven property matters
- Ensure robust risk management, escalating and addressing safety, compliance and operational risks in line with departmental governance
Essential:
- Senior leadership experience managing complex property portfolios or major property functions
- Proven ability to set and deliver long-term property and estate strategy
- Strong track record of Health & Safety leadership, statutory compliance and estate risk governance
- Experience acting as a senior intelligent client, commissioning delivery and assurance
- Ability to influence and advise at executive / board level in regulated environments
- Demonstrable experience leading commercial, financial and assurance activity
- Proven people leader with the ability to lead and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams
