In this role, you will lead the people aspects of one of the NCIs most significant transformation programmes, helping Finance colleagues, leaders and teams successfully transition to new systems, structures and improved ways of working.

We have made significant investments in a major Finance Transformation Programme that will modernise systems, improve processes and create a more effective and sustainable Finance service to support the NCIs. Successful transformation is about much more than implementing technology. It requires people to understand, adopt and embrace new ways of working.
As People Lead for the Finance Transformation Programme, you will play a key role in helping us realise the benefits of this investment. Working closely with Finance leaders, programme colleagues, HR and stakeholders across the NCIs (including other leaders in shared services), you will be responsible for the delivery of the People Strategy and Implementation plan.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of operational and financial services within the NCIs and make a lasting impact on how these services are delivered across the wider organisation. This would include, but not be limited to, partnering with Technology, HR and operational management to ensure best outcomes can be achieved from significant technological developments in our finance systems and operational design.
Responsibilities
As the Change Lead for the programme, you will provide expert advice to programme and executive stakeholders, ensuring people impacts, workforce risks and organisational design considerations are fully reflected in programme decision-making.
You will help ensure that changes to technology, processes, structures and roles are considered together, creating an integrated approach to transformation that delivers lasting organisational benefit. You will work closely with Finance leaders, HR colleagues, programme team and our Trades Union representatives where appropriate to make sure change is well planned, clearly communicated and delivered responsibly.
