On behalf of UKFIS, we are looking for a HR Administrator (Inside IR35) for a hybrid contract to run up until February 2027 in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

As a HR Administrator, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to leavers)
  • Maintain accurate HR data and systems (data capturing focus)
  • Process HR documentation (contracts, letters, changes)
  • Manage HR inbox and Ivanti tickets
  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, and interview logistics
  • Track onboarding and HR activities to meet deadlines
  • Support HR projects and maintain project records
  • Assist with reports, presentations, and data tracking
  • Raise and track purchase orders
  • Act as first point of contact for HR queries
  • Support HR policies, processes, and compliance activities
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection at all times
  • Maintain audit trails and support audits/FOI requests

Essential:

  • Previous HR or administrative experience
  • Understanding of the employee lifecycle, particularly onboarding
  • Proactive and able to use initiative to improve or create processes
  • Strong systems thinking with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Confident working in evolving environments and shaping ways of working
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent prioritisation skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing multiple competing demands simultaneously
  • Comfortable acting as a central point for onboarding coordination and data capture
  • Ability to accurately maintain and update HR systems/database
  • Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment
