  • Establish governance, KPIs and reporting for Platform performance (adoption, conversion, time-to-delivery, customer satisfaction, cost and value for money), using insights to drive improvement
  • Ensure effective integration with delivery partners, internal operational teams and data systems so projects can be progressed reliably from enquiry through feasibility, procurement, installation and commissioning
  • Champion user research, service design and inclusive practice, ensuring the Platform meets the needs of diverse customer groups and is compliant with relevant standards and policy
  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team and supplier base (product, delivery, design, engineering/technology, operations and commercial), promoting a high-performance, mission-led culture
