We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Social Workers to join our public sector team, supporting both adults and children to achieve positive outcomes and improved wellbeing. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload across adult and children's services, undertaking assessments, developing care plans, and working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard and support vulnerable individuals and families. You will play a key role in promoting independence, protecting those at risk, and ensuring services are delivered in line with statutory responsibilities and best practice.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, sound professional judgement, and the ability to manage complex and sensitive situations with empathy and resilience. A clear understanding of relevant legislation, safeguarding frameworks for both adults and children, and ethical practice is essential.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and reviews for adults and children
  • Developing and implementing person-centred care and support plans
