Road Policing Process Support Officer Location: Billericay Pay rate: £13.53 per hour Job Type: Full time, temp to perm Closing Date: 25/07/2025 About the Role One of our clients is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Road Policing Process Support Officer to join their team. This critical role provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of road policing matters. Successful candidate will work closely with enforcement teams, legal services, and external partners to uphold public safety through accurate and timely processing of road policing documentation. Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative support for road traffic offence processing, including fixed penalty notices, speed enforcement, and collision reports * Input, manage, and verify data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality * Liaise with police officers, courts, and external agencies to coordinate case information * Track the progress of cases and ensure deadlines are met * Respond to public and internal inquiries relating to road policing processes * Assist in preparing documentation for legal proceedings * Maintain records in accordance with data protection and organizational policies About You You will be organized, proactive, and capable of working in a high-paced environment. Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures precisely are crucial.
